Don't just wear the t-shirt—live it!

LIVE UNITED isn't just a slogan, it's a way of life. By finding your voice and making it heard, you can be an advocate for the many people in need throughout the metro area.

Be an advocate:

Support School Readiness
United Way is committed to ensuring that every child in Minnesota is ready for kindergarten. To achieve this important goal we've joined forces with other members of Minnesota’s philanthropic community who provide statewide leadership and critical funding for early childhood care as the School Readiness Funders Coalition.

Together, our long history of supporting early childhood research, program development and grant making allows us to provide a clear view on early childhood education and guidance to the legislature for the best way to approach this work. Our recommendations are captured in the newly released report, The Agenda to Achieve Learning Readiness by 2020 (PDF).

Educate Yourself
United Way is a great resource for keeping up-to-date with issues affecting the Twin Cities:
